Absolutely horrible customer service. Initially spoke with Devon to get a quote, he told me the price was set and that was what was going to be paid. Then when I finally got a hold of them over the phone, because they are incredibly hard to get on the phone and hardly respond through email, he basically said well there's nothing I can do, we hate bamboo around here because they have all these fees so I don't know where it came from but you're lucky to even have a policy. I tried to get a break down and instead of being helpful he kept talking over me and saying he can go ahead and cancel the policy or send over my policy. I said go ahead and send the policy over so I can look at it, do not cancel my policy, I just want to see a breakdown of the fees because an extra 200 was added on without telling me it would go up. He kept talking over me and saying repeatedly that he can just go ahead and cancel the policy right now, then I again said send me the policy, I said not to cancel, I will call bamboo then and then he hung up on me. I would give zero stars if I could. Would not go with them if I didn't live in a high risk fire area.

Although Devon and Bigfoot helped me get insurance on my ranch after Nationwide dropped our area for '22, he completely ghosted me after at least 5 phone calls and a couple of emails this last fall when more issues arose. If you don't have any solutions, just tell me, but zero response is unacceptable when I had been a client in good standing.

Big thumps up for Devon from Redding CA(Bigfoot Insurance). He saved me time and money shopping for a new insurance policy. My Kemper HomeOwner insurance policy was going to expire in 2 weeks, and Kemper no longer do business in CA market, won't renew it for me. The other agents either gave me quotes that are ridiculously expensive, or rejected my quote. Devon is very friendly and effcient. He got the job done on the phone in half hour and saved me thousands of dollars. He also immediatly sent the new policy to my bank. Thank you! Devon.
