We sold several houses for an estate with some being lots and Bill did a great job taking care of all the sales. He even managed to squeeze in the last sale in December with a 21 day escrow to finish before the end of the year. With his help, it is was fairly painless transactions considering the amount of work required to sell several properties concurrently.

He sold my house in 2018. What a nightmare this guy was. Extremely unprofessional. He had no idea how to sell my place. He brought potential buyers who were frauds. One made an offer and Bill didnt even vet this guy. He was a unqualified buyer , a fraudster. In the end Bill ended up with almost no commission and even that was too much. He had no idea how to sell a expensive property. He is a very smooth talker. Like a politician. Very bad dealmaker. Provides zero help and assistence. Had someoe start celaning my yard who also was a fraudster. I wasted months and months of my time with this jokester. I regret ever meeting him. i also know that if I wanted to I would be a excellet real estate agent, much better then 99% of them. Most dont know how to make deals at all. So avoid this person. Thank me later. My dead dog would do a better job

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and helpfulness of the Bill Davis Team. I primarily was working with Sunny to buy my first home and he was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to take the intimidating process of buying a home and turn it into an easy and care free experience. Last week we closed on the sale of old home and the purchase of our new home and it is all thanks to Bill. We were really nervous about it being possible to complete both transactions in a timeline that would allow us to transition directly to our new home but Bill made it possible. He’s got all sorts of strategies to make what needs to happen happen. The best part is that we got over our asking price on our old home and bought below market on our new home.
Giving us some $ to make our new home just how we want it.

For every appointment Bill was on time and very forth coming with guidance and information. Giving us the comfort that we were making the right decision.

His marketing strategies are awesome they come with professional photo shoots and video of your home! Trust us they make your home look awesome!

We highly recommend Bill and his team for both purchase and sale transactions. He was great to work with! Even our Son really enjoyed him... Still asks about Bill!
