I had one of there policy holders back into my truck while it was parked this has been 10 days ago the adjuster just showed up with a bad attitude started to tell him to get the he'll off my property I have 7 insurance policies was thinking about changing over to them but that will never happen terrible customer service Nation Wide is far better avoid this special group of privileged people so they think I will never do business with them or recommend anyone else

I came to Blanchard and Calhoun Insurance Agency after being with an agent at another firm that had me completely frustrated. That was 3 years ago. April, at Blanchard and Calhoun Insurance Agency has been a shining light for us. Any time I have a question, concern, policy change I have received a quick response. We have gotten all of our quotes within 24 hours, usually within a coupla of hours. Policy changes and questions are even quicker. My old agent had trained me that I had to call 3 times and e-mail twice, then wait another 3-4 days for a response. I send everyone I know to April, she is great.

I've had the opportunity to work with April Templeton for my insurance needs (Auto, Home & Life) for several years. She has always been extremely professional, quick to respond and provides excellent service. However, recently my father passed away and I called her to get some advice regarding an Auto Insurance question and not only did she give me some excellent advice but she took it to the next level by emailing me a helpful link that would assist my mom. This is the kind of customer service that we don't see much of these days and her compassion and helpfulness was truly welcomed and referring to her as an angel is an understatement. This is why I love giving my business to Blanchard and Calhoun, they care about the people they service and April is the best.

Blanchard & Calhoun Insurance has been, and still is, by far the most friendly, customer friendly, personable group I've ever had handle all of my insurance needs. I have been with them for nearly 20 years. Preston Moss and Hampton Moss are always ready to help in any insurance need we have. They are super friendly and will go the extra mile when you need them, even recommending better, less expensive coverage, without sacrificing any service quality. As far as I am concerned, B&CI cannot be beat. I've recommended them to many of my friends and will continue t do so.

NOT INTERESTED IN MY BUSINESS: I spoke with an insurance person on a Monday asking for a quote for 3 policies: house, 2 cars and an umbrella. The agent took all my information and said he would enter it in the system and should have 20 or so responses within 24 hours. He understood my current policies expired on Saturday. He said he would call me within a day or two. I did not hear from him all week. I finally called Friday morning. He was not in but they transferred my call to a person who "works with him." My call went to voice mail. I left a message but the person never called me back. The original sales person returned my call Monday and apologized but didn't give an excuse except he was busy. He went on to tell me that he didn't really receive any better quotes than what I was paying BUT he said he would be happy to help me in the future when my policy comes up for renewal. YIKES! NO! I gave him one star because he was verbally polite.

I have been with B&C for many years now. I must say April Templeton is top notch. She is very kind, hard working, definitely fun to work with, and extraordinary in her field. She goes above and beyond to make sure my insurance needs are met no matter how many foolish questions I have. She maintains a level of professionalism while also having a fun/wonderful attitude.
