This was by FAR, the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any type of business vendor or partner. I requested for our taxes to be filed in late January and THEY STILL DO NOT HAVE THEM COMPLETE.

What's worse is instead of being transparent... they gave me excuse after excuse, weeks without any type of reply, constant back and forth on things I had confirmed multiple times... They never filed an extension for me, and by the end it felt like they would do or say anything to get out of being liable for my taxes and the late fees I will now have to pay.

ADDITIONALLY - I was incredibly polite and constantly asked to PLEASE let me know if there is anything I can do to help move the process along, or if there is any other way I can organize the information for them. All I got was passive aggressiveness on the phone of "Well, this is probably why your taxes are taking so long..." MONTHS after I had asked multiple times how I can help and make things easier for them.

My taxes are for a 1st year business with only 2 owners and NO employees. Absolutely everything was documented and marked properly in our bookkeeping software.

This experience has taught me that H&R block does not care about the quality of its tax advisors, nor do they care about their customers. Even if they were to offer to do them for FREE, I would decline in fear they would send the wrong form or file incorrect information. I advise everyone to run as far away from this office and company as you can.

This Block advisors is a joke. Called 3 minutes before an appointment to cancel because BOB “didn’t have time” maybe don’t schedule appointments for your customers if your going to be this unprofessional. I have done my taxes with he block for over 10 years and I will never do my taxes with them again.
