I was impressed with the professionalism of the front office person Kieran. He was on top of everything in the office.
I had a 1pm appt, yet my advisor was on the phone with another client and did not see me until 1:25pm. I’m a stickler for being on time so was not too pleased. Wes was the advisor and after a while
I felt better about him. I do recommend that the staff (except Kieran) step up their game and dress more professionally. Wes did a fine job with my taxes. I was shocked with the fee of $350 for an appt that lasted 25 minutes.
