I’ve been working on trying to get an insurance quote for my neighborhood for weeks and all they do is drag their feet. Customer service is less than helpful, when I tried to explain to them that I was relatively new to this and wanted to understand what a “loss runs report” was, they just told me I need to go get one from my previous provider. After (3+) weeks of back and forth emails, still can’t get a quote or coverage.

Don’t waste your time. Find someone more reputable. I worked with Steven and Tabitha via email.

Dear owner- at this point we are still awaiting refund. We have left voicemails and emailed. We cancelled and should receive a refund since we paid up front for the year. Prorated refund for months not used. Can you please update on that?
