I can’t count the number of years I’ve been with State Farm…. I first come in contact with Bob Murphy back in the early 60s. .He offered me a job. it was probably a big mistake, but we remain friends…. I think Bo Murphy has been my agent for about seven years…. it’s always good to know your agent… Bo Murphy, State Farm agency as always been Johnny on the spot when I have had situations come up…. They have always been handled in an experience time frame and with friendly Knowledgeable employee. As if I was the only customer they had…. if you’re thinking about putting your insurance need with them, I will highly recommend Bo Murphy agency.

I have been with this office for over 45 years. I carried my first car insurance with the Trussville office back in 1979. Then when I bought my first house in 1986 I had my homeowners insurance policy with them as well. Well over the years it’s progressed to a second home, a few riders, life insurance , multiple cars. When Bo Murphy took over the office years ago it was a very smooth transition and I was thankful for that.

The staff has always so helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about my needs. Until 2021 I had very limited and small claims. ( hail damage, small car accidents). But in early 2021, my second home was hit by a tornado. The damage was pretty severe. I heard that others in my neighborhood were having difficulty with their insurance company. But other than one minor issue, that was resolved in my favor everything went very smoothly and my home is better than ever.

I’ll stick with Statefarm. They’ve been great for me. Thanks Statefarm for all you have done over the past 45 years!

His team is extraordinary, kayla who is the office manager helped me and my husband with our life insurance policies not just for us but for the kids as well, along with Mr. Murphy sitting down with us and explaining in great detail which each policy was and how it could help our family if something was to happen.
My husband and I have life insurance, auto insurance and home insurance with the BO Murphy State Farm team and we couldn’t be happier with the decision that we have made, yes rates go up but you will not find another company with the staff willing to help and answer questions regardless of how busy they are. I would recommend Bo Murphy State Farm to everyone, if you haven’t given them a chance I would highly suggest giving them a call. If you have had a bad experience before with a State Farm, not all State Farm insurance are the same, Bo and his team do not care about the money they care about the customers and their families and want to make sure everyone is protected.
