I find that I usually only take time to review a business when I have a negative experience. My dealings with Boisseau Insurance (Sam) prompted me to break that cycle! I recently had an ongoing problem with a popular windshield repair company. I was getting absolutely nowhere and BMW suggested I pay them an absorbent amount or contact my insurance agent and see if they could be of any assistance. Within minutes of speaking to Mr. Boisseau I had the repair company calling to correct their issue. He continued to follow up to ensure that everything was taken care of. Customer service is what can truly set a business apart from it's competitors.

I had to file a claim today, after I had an incident on the road during a rain storm. I was blown away by the attention and help I received from Boisseau Insurance and Erie Insurance. They were fast, efficient, and I really couldn't have asked for better treatment.
