We’ve been with Brad for years and have always been very satisfied with him. The new centralized phone system however leaves a lot to be desired. What would’ve been a 5 minute phone call turned to having to deal with an automated system which involved figuring out what number to push and being transferred around until I got to the right person. She was great but I much prefer the old personalized experience where I’d Brad or Mia immediately.
