Patrick and the entire Bridge staff bring a level of professionalism and customized client service to the title industry that is unmatched by their competition. As an agent, it is vitally important for me to be able to have access to the person handling all facets of my client’s settlement, this is one of my favorite aspects of Bridge. The staff is quick to reply to emails and calls, honestly their response time is impressive. As an agent if you’re not using Bridge Title, you’re not bringing the absolute best title service to your client. I highly recommend.

I get daily messages from a Lisa at Bridge Title for a Roberto. I don’t know who Roberto is. I have emailed them and used the message system on their website to communicate this to them. Maybe instead of filling up my messages with the same message every day, they should double check their information or check their own messages!! Getting tired of this.

Title and paperwork wise they were fine. However the actual closing experience was lacking. First one of the owners nearly bowled me over in his enthusiasm to reach the seller's relator, who entered right after I did. Then I sat in the waiting area being ignored while employees occasionally wandered past or glanced at me from another room. Finally the owner running the closing made nasty little passive aggressive remarks throughout the process about a variety of subjects. Very unprofessional.

There are a lot of title companies in this area and I'd recommend passing on this one.

I used Bridge title for a closing. My wire transfer money did not arrive THREE days after the closing. I called the office TWICE and was told not to call back because I was ‘harassing’ them. NEVER use these people. They have lied to me twice now, which is not something you want from people holding a lot of your money.
