Long time clients for the simple reason: the Bright Agency agents have been always helpful in working as the in between Insurance companies. It's comforting to be able to speak one on one regarding auto accident issue or your basement floods..

An Insurance company is not a place I feel you would typically find a review unless you have had to use them. Luckily, I have not had to file a claim with Bright, but any information I've Ever Needed, as well as the rate given, have been top-notch. Every interaction I have had with anybody in this office has been nothing but the highest of quality. I would absolutely recommend bright insurance to anybody that has not shopped a rate, or is looking for a better experience than an internet company.

I use Bright Insurance for all of my businesses insurance. They are right on point whenever I need something. Kourtney is my agent. She is very efficient and she couldn't possibly treat me any better. I was referred to them from another small business owner and its clear to see why. I would recommend them to anyone

Horrible service was told agent would call me back because the policy they sold me had so many exclusions I barely had any coverage at all and agent was unaware. Agent refused to call me back because they knew they were wrong they couldnt even return a phone call.5 calls on one week 0 response. I was promised so much but got nothing. Be aware they attach things to your policy to up charge you even when services are not requested. Joe S pretends to be your friend and that he will help you but does nothing but dodge your calls its pathetic. I would rate them a 0 if I could. Be aware and dont say I didn't warn you when they wont pay for claims.

They do not help their clients. I will have to take one of their clients to small claims court because they would not help their own client. Refused to even talk to me about damage of my property from their clients known dead tree that I have been complaining about for over 10 years. Do not think this insurance company will fight for you. Because of them I am force to take legal action against a neighbor . Thanks for making our lives harder.

I don’t know what happened but they used to be much better. After over 35 years with then I will never go back. Don’t use them ever!!!!!
