My mother was in Brighton house for 1 month. I would say that over all she received excellent care. The new Administrator always made herself available I believe her name is Deniscia Marks. She is creating a new atmosphere for the rehabilitation. One of the head nurses Linda in my opinion should be the nursing director. She, nurse Samantha, and one of the PCA’s went above and beyond to make sure my mother received the best care. Oh and I can’t forget about the admissions person. I can’t remember her name. She made me and me feel comfortable sending my mother there. Most everyone was on point. Of course there are a few bad apples especially the night crew and some of the PCA’s but over all it was an amazing experience. Ms. Marks if you see this message please keep on transforming this place. Your leads are the ones that I mentioned above. Thank you Brighton House!

Poor management. Company has no real direction, I would like the time I invested back, no skills learned at BHA are anything you would be encouraged to repeat anywhere else. Dont make the mistake I made by trusting Dan's promises...
