I contacted Brokers Insurance along with a couple other insurance agencies via email when my existing policy was up for renewal. I wasn’t expecting much, but I shop my insurance annually, because there’s no reason to have loyalty with insurance companies.. I worked with Brant and he was great! It was a plus the majority of our communication was electronic and I didn’t have to spend a great deal of time over the phone. He came back with the most competitive rates of all the quotes I received. After the policy was started I needed a minor correction and he was able to take care of that also.. I’d definitely recommend!

I was a client of Brokers Insurance for over two decades. After the original owner Mr Bernstein passed away his son Marc took over. For years we had a great experience with them until they hired an agent named Paige. It took her almost 4-5 weeks to try to resolve issues we had with renters and then a HO policy. When I called her on her mishandling of things, she cried to her boss saying she was being harassed. I was respectful and direct in my communication and did not insult her whatsoever. Then Marc tells me I should seek another agency for service instead of listening to my side of the story. One would think that after 20+ years as a good customer I would be given the courtesy to hear me out before insulting me.
If you are considering hiring them look elsewhere, they don’t practice what his dad did - DECENCY! This was a case of protecting staff over being professional.

Marc is fantastic! He showed me that the plan I had (which I found without help from a broker) had a huge hole that could cause the carrier to rightfully deny any claim that I had! Oops! Now, because of Marc at Brokers Insurance, my plan is air tight, and I can sleep better knowing I'm covered! You should also know that I sell health insurance, so I know a lot about insurance, but not this type of insurance- and I didn't know that I had a hole in my auto plan. This is why we need a broker to advise us on our insurance plans! They see the things we don't and can help prevent financial disaster that we wouldn't see coming if we got the plan without their help!

I love the team at Broker's Insurance. I refer clients and friend to Felicia there and she has almost always given as good or better insurance quotes at better rates for home owner's insurance. As a mortgage professional, that looks really good on both of us. I had them look at my current auto policy, and while they could have matched the rate, the advised me to stick with my current company and re-visit them in 6 months. That....I LOVE!
