agents have changed without my being notified causing delays as emails go unanswered. In fact, when they first took over from my old insurance company,I was never notified at all,by either company. This is the second year they have failed to send my homeowners insurance to my mortgage company
altho that might be to my benefit in some ways. Like most insurance companies, they are not proactive in doing annual reviews. Am going to find a local agency that can really
get to know me as a person.
