Canceled all policies. Kevin use to be great at answering the phone or at least calling back and getting great rates for home and auto. Now he never answers the phone and switched my insurance when I got a new car to a policy that isn't consistent in its drafting and charges alot more than other companies. Customer Service is important it takes more than just speaking kindly to people got to follow through when doing business.

Friendly guy when you call looking to purchase insurance but once you have insurance with them, don’t expect any customer service. He gave me misinformation to get me to purchase auto insurance through Progressive and said my rate wouldn’t go up if we used the snapshot app but of course it went up at the next renewal. When I called and emailed Budget to question the information he provided at the beginning, I never received an answer and STILL have not received a call back after a month. Maybe he’ll notice I’m no longer a customer of his when he sees that my next renewal has already been setup with another agent.

Horrible customer service. I was their customer for couple years and every time I needed to get a hold of a guy he would not pickup the phone. I left voicemails but he never returned the call.

Once again. Terrible customer service stay away from it
