Absolute worst. They don’t care about the injured party at all. I was sent to 3 surgeons who all said the same thing, I need cervical spine surgery before they approved it. They approved it 3 days before my surgery date and left me to try find somewhere to get cardiac clearance. Also it was an entire year that I had to walk around with two crushed discs in my neck due to the incompetence of this company

Also Penny Sarro is terrible. I don’t know how she keeps a job. She lies and doesn’t care at all. She has had a request for injections to be approved since July 2024, I called her in September to ask about them and she had no idea what I was talking about and needed to check my file, needless to say it’s Jan 1 2025 and still nothing. But it doesn’t end there with Penny. We have been waiting for months for a settlement amount from her. I have money tied up on a trust that I’ve needed. Again I called her to explain that I had a stroke in September of this year and that I needed this fixed asap. She lied telling me she had sent all information to my lawyer which she hadn’t, even though I told her I had to pay for my home to be adapted due to my leg not working since the stroke and I needed ramps installed to get in my home and needed to take my showers walk in instead of the tub style they are now.

Penny has lied numerous times about this settlement and even told my lawyer she would have the information sent to him by the Friday before Christmas… Never happened. She singe handily ruined my families Christmas as we had to go into debt and use saving to adapt our home. We don’t have enough money to give our special needs son the gifts he wanted. It’s all on her and builders insurance, but they don’t care. Also because of her I’ve had to climb the 4 steps into my house on my backside with assistance from my wife for 8 weeks.

I will now be reporting them to the BBB and whoever else I need to regard by workers comp.

I do hope if you get injured at work that your company isn’t using these guys. They are truly terrible and shouldn’t be entitled to a single dollar from me due to the absolutely disgusting service they offered and continue to offer.
