I went in just before closing to ask for an appointment, instead they got me totally insured as I needed right then (having to stay after hours. Sorry.). They didn't cut corners to get me out the door & told me more about policies than nearly 50 years of previous State Farm employees had! I was impressed enough to write this - which I rarely do!

I was rear ended by someone with State farm insurance and every police officer, tow company and collision repair shop I spoke with was relieved the person that hit me had State farm because they were the smoothest and most efficient. So in the middle of dealing with this accident I called up the office and switched insurance. The experience has been so smooth and thorough I feel a weight I didn't even know I had lifted.
