Horrible horrible horrible service! My parents have been with them for YEARS always paid on time NEVER EVER has any claims. When they needed them they canceled them. Have HORRIBLE service. A great agency if you are looking for exceptional service with no issues is Archibald Insurance. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY YOU WILL REGRET IT

I have been with Erie Insurance through Butler for more than 39 years and have always had exceptional service. I've checked from time to time through the years and never found anyone to beat them price wise - and for many years no one was even close. I no longer even look! I can't imagine a better service.
