I canceled my vehicle policy on timely manner Dough didn’t call or send them a revised policy plan in time so I still got charged and an over draft fee NO ONE WAS ABLE TO REFUND !!!!
My policy amount would never stay the same ...

Mercury confirmed with me today that the Kia was removed from the policy on 11/9, but they made a mistake and did not apply that change to your renewal policy (the 11/26/20 - 5/26/21 term) so that is why your renewal payment was more than it should have been. They have corrected the mistake and confirmed your renewal for the Toyota is $271 for 6 months
