This branch is not to be trusted. They are discriminative and retaliatory when dealing customers. The MSRs are nosey, never do what I ask without giving me some type of trouble or suggestion to do it their way. They were rude and dismissive to my questions and I overall don’t trust this bank with my funds nor do they have good customer service. I also see other comments about the same discriminatory experience so it needs to be addressed.

Brought several checks and to be deposited teller did not add them up correctly. Until I brought it to their attention. This is the second time this location has not added up deposits correctly that were in check form. Really suspect management and training at this location I would not recommend them at all. Make sure you check what you're actually depositing and what they're actually documenting in your account before you leave. And the teller was not apologetic or sympathetic he had a very apathetic and different attitude.

I recently joined the credit union because I needed to purchase a vehicle the experience I had with Paul Smith was amazing! I had read previous reviews and review stood out. She stated if you needed financial assistance Mr. Smith would be the one. I went in and asked for Mr. Smith .. everyone knows the process and that is spent at a dealership to purchase a car! .. I told him what my budget was type of car I wanted to purchase .. he did all of this within 1 1/2 hours unbelievable I couldn’t believe it. Mr Smith my experience with you was effortlessly.. Thank you so much for the awesome Customer Service to me!

So i have been a member for years. This is the first time i used the financial department, so i went in to see Paul Smith about a loan. This guy is So professional, but down to earth, not only did he get me an excellent rate he made sure i was taken care of from beginning to end. I appreciate his patience and his hard work to make sure i was taken properly that goes long way with me. So if you are member and need the financial services go see Paul Smith he's the man.

This is not a good credit union I tried to pay my credit card on the mobile app and it was not working, it would not let me link my bank account to make payments and transfer money. Then I called for help and the lady still couldn’t fix the problem, so she said I can go to a branch. I went to the branch on century in Inglewood and the guy that helped me still hasn’t able to fix the problem. He said I can go home and do it on my computer and it should work or get the money out of the bank and come back to make the payment. I went home and still couldn’t link my account so I didn’t have a choice but to drive back there jus to make a payment.

I will NEVER do my banking services at the Inglewood branch. Every time I get a cashiers check, certain tellers have to get a manager to override, and it's always a problem. It took teller 30min to issue me cashiers check. Whereas I go to the Pasadena branch, tellers never gets a, manager for override making me feel welcome, respected, at Inglewood branch I be feeling like a criminal, like I've stolen something, unwelcome. Not good customer service. I try to support neighborhood business, but it's a shame I have to go outside the neighborhood to be treated with respect. It's a shame I have to give bank a star, where there should be none given. I'll be going to the branch where I feel I'm respected and has good customer service.

I've been back to this branch, Inglewood, and tellers haven't been calling manager to override a cashiers check. On this particular day October 28, teller #424368 had to get manager, when I asked why she stated due to the entity they're sending it to. Is it being sent to another entity when I go to other branches and manage is not called to override? This branch has certain tellers who has manager override and some who doesn't. Then I had to ask for a envelope instead of her offering me one. Smh. This branch has no more chances with me. NEVER AGAIN.

I opened up an account here after a coworker recommended their services.They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If you are asking for financial services ask for Angela. She answered all of my questions, explained all of my options and their credit implications and got em exactly what I needed. I have been with other banks and never had a banker actually spend that time with me without being dismissive. Angela really cares about you. I was also able to get an appointment quickly that worked with my schedule which I was unable to do at larger banks. This is truly a community bank where you are a person and not just an account number.
