Great options for buyers looking for a place to live or as a second home. The finishes are beautiful, plenty of options to choose from and many details to negotiate and considering before signing a purchase contract. We always recommend buyers to visit the Sales Center with their Real Estate Agent, our services are free to buyers and our commissions are part of the cost structure of the seller... So think it twice before going by yourself looking to buy a house!!

This has been the worst experience buying a house with CC homes... when we purchased the Fiji model, the spec home, we expected everything to be just perfect and it turned out to be a big disappointment, there were things that needed to be fixed before we moved and they were not done until the very last minute. Some are still in “pending” status. This was a big investment for our family and we really wanted an amazing experience from Canarias but it was not the case... very sad that this was not what we expected for the money and for the developer company.

Very disappointed.... We purchased our dreamed house, during the walk through we saw a lot of details that needed to be fixed. Seven weeks passed and just one day before our scheduled closing, we found that many things were not fixed and to make things worst, they were working on something in the yard and there was a HUGE mess... we felt we did not want to move yet but they said that if we did not do the closing we were going to lose the $90,000 deposit. We were so surprised that we were forced to do the closing but obviously could not risk losing the money... After the closing we were even more surprised that the keys we got did not work and then later when we finally got the correct keys the A/C unit was not working. Unbelievable! we were expecting everything to be perfect. This was a huge dissapoinment.

Just recently moved into my new home at Canarias in Downtown Doral and can’t be any happier. This is the second home I have purchased from CC Homes and they continue to exceed my expectations. Top notch quality builder. The sales office staff and designers were very helpful during the building process of my home and also very patient with me as I can be a bit difficult but they already knew that from my previous home I bought from them in Cooper City…lol. Now I have an easy commute to and from work since my business is in Doral. I definitely don’t miss the traffic during rush hour coming from Broward County. Now I actually have time in the morning to go walking from my home and have a cup of coffee by my house at Passion del Cielo instead of being stuck in a highway. Love it! Can’t wait for the paseos, the walking boulevards, that they are building throughout the community and downtown area to be finished. It’s already a beautiful community and with everything else coming up, its gonna be amazing. Super happy with my home.

Beautiful community and models, but be aware all these models are fully upgraded and you will be charged for many upgrades to get it near what the models look like. Many things you think come standard in your base price are not.
