When my rental property insurance policy was dropped because the insurance company I was with no longer want to do business in California, I asked Jot to look for a new policy for me. I chose Jot because he is local and has a very good online reviews. Jot quickly got an insurance policy to cover my rental property. I was so impressed that I asked Jot to look for a replacement home owner’s insurance policy for my primary residence. I ended up cancel the existing home owner’s policy and went with the new policy Jot got me. Jot has great knowledgeable of the insurance industry, very friendly, well organized, excellent customer service, extremely responsive, and always on top of his games. Like his other customers, I am very satisfied. He deserves a 5 stars. I will definitely recommend Jot to my family and friends.

Absolutely amazing service ! Quick, to the point and excellent rates.

I was having a hard time finding insurance for my new home in California and with a closing date looming and mortgage predicated on the insurance, I was facing extremely high rates. With the LA fires raging on, and wild fire being a yearly feature now, looks like insurance companies don’t want to cover anyone. Every online quote told me that they are not insuring anyone new, or gave a number to call that would go unanswered. The very few leads I had for insurance gave me extremely high rates.

I found Capital Hill on google and just called them. Jot was prompt and immediately gave me a quote that came in less then half of the previous lowest quote and much better coverage. Have gave me options, helped me understand the pricing differences and what I’d be getting with each quote. Once I decided, he was prompt to work my lending agent to get the paper work sorted out. Extremely helpful and very smooth experience. Highly recommend Capital Hill, especially in the current market where it’s hard to get insurance.
