I've used to live at one of Capstone's properties in Tennessee before moving to Denver. Capstone's management team was super friendly and always willing to help. They would always have fun events for residents with food, games, prizes, etc. The apartments were recently updated and well maintained. I would rent from another apartment managed by Capstone if they had any in Colorado.
