Our taxes got more complicated so we asked for help last year from Caro and Associates. Working with them was ok, although at first commuications were addressed to my husband instead of both of us (I usually do our taxes, and it was my job that caused the complications). After we filed, we learned from the IRS that we actually owed more money than Caro and Associates had calculated. Because of all that, we elected not to work with them again this year. It was then a shock to get an email learning that they filed an extension for us without our permission or any communication with us. Maybe they work well for some people, but if you just want basic tax services, look elsewhere.
