I had a very negative experience. Not only were the CSRs rude, one of them does not seem to know what she is doing at all. When I took out a loan they had me sign a check that they could use to get the money I owe if I did not go in and pay. I did end up going inside to pay first thing that morning. They refused to take my payment stating the check I had signed was pending. According to my bank no check was pending and a week later it is still not pending and they still refuse to take my payment in store. But then I am getting messages/ alerts to my online account saying my payment is past due. I just called again today and the girl working again was very rude.

They charged me $26 to catch my check. They put part of my money on a green dot card. Now they're saying that they don't have the money on the card. Do not go to this place, they are frauds
