I have had State Farm for my car for 34 years, I have had State Farm Renters multiple times and State Farm Home insurance twice. Of all the various offices I have worked with, Catherine Ho's has been hands down my favorite. All the staff there have always been available to answer questions and to help me understand and get the best coverage and value for my money. I have always preferred to have my adjuster in the same town I am and I started with Catherine when I was in the bay. I have moved to multiple towns over my 10 years in California and I have kept working with Catherine because I am so pleased with my experiences with her and her staff.

I am still with Catherine Ho's State Farm. Despite State Farm dropping my renters insurance and not offering home insurance when we purchased a new home, Catherine and her team's empathetic and quick response is what retains me. I had a recent car accident and the level of service received was excellent. She provided sound advice on what to with my insurance coverage while I'm in limbo for a new car. I trust my agent and plan to keep my coverage with her.
