Horrible experience. I just wanted to open a savings account. That's it. Not take out a loan, not even open a checking account. This bank (no other bank i've ever dealt with has done this before) ran a credit check. I don't have the best credit atm because i'm rebuilding it. So they denied me an account. a SAVINGS account. i had $2000 i wanted to just put in their bank. To save. Nothing more. Nope. They didn't want my money or my business. Will never do business with them and i tell everyone i can not to use them. Worst part is, they are the bank that my paycheck comes from lol I even told them that. They know where i work and everything. Still didn't wany my business or my $2000. Crazy!!!!
yes i did find a bank who wasn't insane and welcomed me and my money. Treated me like a human being too. More than i can say for Century.
