Warning !!!! After two incidents both times because of hurricanes, 2yrs. apart,this low class company sent a letter todaycancelling my policy. They use AAA AS THEIR ADJUSTERS WHO low ball claims to benefit the the insurance company. Each occurrence that my family suffered through left us owing repairman that assisted with our claim. You never speak to the company,you only deal with outside adjusters who aren't being upfront about the cost and give most of your claim goes to the insurance company itself(@Century Mutual Insurance Company.
They give you the least possible and expect miracles.
O wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Very slow with claim and reimbursement process. They have “independent” adjusters come to your home and claim they have nothing to do with them and any discrepancies you have against what was evaluated at your home. Very little communication. You have to call to check up on everything. So displeased, I canceled my coverage.

Warning, Warning, Warning!!!!!!!!!This is a terrible insurance company. I had a pipe burst in my wall and they denied the claim. There customer service is terrible. They will not answer any questions and they do not have a appeal process. I look forward to my civil suit and hope I can show everyone what kind of company this is. Do yourself a favor and go with another company.
