Charles was my agent when I received a notice of cancellation of my home owners insurance... The underwriter, I was told, did a DRONE inspection of my 8 year old roof and it FAILED!!!... I requested a re-inspection following an INDEPENDENT inspection... Charles told me he become involved and get back to me...I NEVER heard from him again... Next info I got was a Final Cancellation notice...Fortunately I don't have a mortgage, but unfortunately, I am currently un-insured...I discussed my dilemma with at least 2 of the ladies who answer the phone for him to no avail... I would suggest an agency that is more responsive and helpful...

Charles was great explaining my options for life insurance. I had been with a different agent for over 6 years that I had never even meet, let alone that reviewed my policies and make suggestions. I also loved that he was making a donation to a very worthy cause each month for every new policy that he does applications on. Charles, thank you so much for your help!
