He has a wonderful staff (I have mostly interacted with Donna) who is attentive even answering texts within minutes or hours. After many years (14) with a certain insurance group (Flo may be the mascot), we decided to shop around and thankfully we did! We started talking and working with Alexis and it has been such a breath of fresh air. After years of not having any type of personal experience, being treated as strangers any time we called to ask questions, etc., we are finally with a group that truly seems customer focused, and treat my wife and I like family whenever we communicate. There's no "Press 1 for this" mess for the first 20 minutes of every call, etc.

I've been w/ Charles Gough - State Farm Insurance Agency since I was a little girl under the care & direction of my mom. Naturally, when I began to carry my own policies, I also went with Charles Gough. This agent's office is like family to us! They watched me grow up, graduate high school & college, build my own home, get married, & have a child. Charles always talks about when he came to our house (when I was a young girl) & I played my saxophone for him. Lol
The entire staff is so personable & know me by name as soon as I call. They always ask how my mom &/or daughter is doing & what they have going on these days. Donna, Lexis, & Hilda have always provided superb service!
I would recommend this agent & his staff to anyone looking for insurance. This is a great staff & State Farm is an awesome insurance provider.

I've known Charles and been a happy customer of his State Farm insurance Agency for 20+ years.
