I just call their number found the number on Google. I was looking for event insurance because we are doing a music concert in Framingham Massachusetts and I’m struggling to buy event insurance for my music concert since the last one week, nothing seems to be straightforward in this department, and mostly it’s online. I even went to the AAA office here locally and that was a disaster.. so I called randomly - I called a lot of companies .. and finally I randomly called Charles River Insurance and this wonderful lady Ms.Valerie picked up the phone and she has been so nice so courteous so knowledgeable she gave me two numbers of companies she knows personally who would be in a position to offer an event insurance and I sincerely thank her for her connectedness her ability to have the knowledge she needs to have and I have a lot of respect for a company who has people like Valerie in their team God bless you, Valerie. Keep doing the good work.
