Charles was up-to-date on all the new listings. Hewas fair and honest, and Wood inform us on what to do how to do it, and what it would cost and I did not have any problem with him at all I would recommend him to anybody, that might be looking for a realtor, especially if you are out of town and trying to buy property long-distance again he is very reliable and knows what he’s doing

It a pleasure working with Charles to sell my home. His insight and knowledge helped me make a decision about selling price and he walked me through the entire process. He was very responsive and provided updates twice a week. I had an acceptable off and went under contract in 34 days and closed in about 20 days from that. Charles is my hero! This process started off all wrong. My mother passed away and had a house in Winslow, a couple hours drive away from where I live. I didn’t know any realtors so I did the modern thing and searched on Google. Nobody would call me back and I didn’t know what to do next. Charles was referred to my sister and I by a family friend. He was quick to respond and helped me put a plan in place. He lives a couple blocks away and facilitated in finding someone to fix it up after the previous renters trashed the place. He met everyone over there from the locksmith, glass company, handyman, HVAC, etc. He listed the house after months of work to get it ready and had an offer the same day! The house closed and this chapter is done. My story really has a happy ending; although I lost my mother, I gained a friend. I strongly recommend Charles for all your property needs, whether buying or selling!

I can't speak highly enough of Charles Tupper as my Real Estate Agent. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. He was amazing! He gave it to me straight and never made me feel silly about asking a question. When it usually takes days for someone to get back to you, he got back to me asap. I was so pleased with him as a Realtor, I married him. Thank you honey for making my first time home buying, a not so bad experience.
