Had them for 32 years never a issue paid my insurance by phone on May 30 bill due June 11. What ever reason payment didn't go through guy said any issues I'll call you back. No call back glad I check back account daily. Recalled today said yes it didn't go through not sure why but you can pay now. Really when they say they will call when theirs a issue they.sould call. So I had no insurance for a day. So check your accounts people don't care about customers anymore
