As outsiders to the insurance environment in the United States, we identified the State Farm from its reviews, and quickly via a very helpful receptionist were referred to one of the best service providers I have ever dealt with on anything, Tyler Jones, an Account Manager. Inside a week, all of our needs were met in exemplary fashion. Tyler was always available when we need here, identified and explained relevant options in the U.S. and Alabama insurance environment, anticipated and answered our questions even before we needed to ask them, and did all of that with such good humour and friendliness that we no longer felt adrift in a insurance environment that is unfamiliar to us. I can't think of a better representative for the Agency, and that the Agency hosts such a service provider speaks volumes about its competence, attention to detail, accessibility, and client focus. I consider myself fortunate to have found this Agency.
