I’m writing this review as a huge thank you to Chelsea and hopefully to spread awareness to first time home buyers, sellers and even the experienced investor.

I first heard about Chelsea through my sister when purchasing her first home. When you first meet Chelsea All worries of having someone represent you melt away. She is so kind, well informed and just down to earth. You meet her and feel she has your best interest in mind.

I worked with Chelsea over the course of TWO YEARS. Not once did Chelsea seem inconvenienced by my endless slew of questions and even the ones I asked multiple times. We made a plan to make this dream of mine happen and we followed through.

Thanks to the help of Chelsea and of course other close people in my life. I was able to achieve the dream of becoming a home owner before twenty five.

Chelsea is amazing!! My husband and I were inexperienced at home shopping, however she explained everything thoroughly step by step. When we didn’t understand certain terms or needed guidance, she was patient at explaining and always did what was in our best interest. She wanted us to get our home before the arrival of our baby and we got our home and moved in less than 2 months! She made the whole process easy and stress free.
