Very disappointed in the service provided. Lack of follow up and poor customer service provided to a customer who’s been part of Allstate family for over 10 years. My account was submitted to collections with no call, email, or mailed notification regards to any of this. I decided to take the business somewhere else, joined Progressive family and will recommend my family and friends to do the same moving forward….. I liked this agency before it was sold.

Unexpected increase in premium, no one like it. Dri ing milage, risk. Over decreased. No reason to increase premium is readonbto dislike it. I will try to move when get a chance to shop better.
