Without a doubt, Chesapeake Bank's Lafayette location is the best local bank. You cannot ask for a more warmer group of people that are friendly and extremely helpful. Minus 1 STAR because they don't have the tech ability for either Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Android Pay.

I like having a personal relationship with the people in the bank. There are no robo phones and you are always greeted with a person.

This bank is community oriente and they care about the local area. It's more of a personable banking experience that any of the big bank branches.
