When I was shopping for a new insurance company about 2 years ago I requested a quote from Allstate. This office was very responsive and friendly to work with. They provided different quotes and options, had very competitive pricing, and were just great to work with. We use the Allstate app and let it track our driving which has resulted in quite a savings rebate every year. Overall we are very satisfied.

I received an offer from then via mail - did not requested it. Their estimate was almost 1/3 of what I have been paying now. I decided to call them and was informed that this is estimate only and is based on homeowner + auto, not just a homeowner policy. (it does not say that in their letter ) So how they can come up with any estimate, if they have no idea whether I have a vehicle, or what make and model, or how many vehicles. I call it bait and switch and disapprove of those of practices.

I've known this agent for 35 years and he's always been loyal, generous and does his best to take care of his clients and friends. I was happy to hear he would become an agent because I knew he would try to do business in a way anyone would want to be taken care of. He's hired an amazing team of friendly associates who do their best to take care of everyone like family. Reach out to him or his impressive team if you need insurance -- he and his team will tell you the truth and do his best to get you what you want.

If I can give them a 0 star I would. These guys are your friends when you sign on with them and pay them for policies, and they are nowhere to be found when you make a claim. In fact, they discourage you from making claims when something happens to your house and stonewall you when you try to make a case for your claim. I am very disappointed in a company that advertises "You're in good hands." Don't go with them just because they are a big company and "should be more reliable". They are not.

This is 1 of the best insurance company I know. Very knowledgeable in what they do and treat you with care, respect and professionalism.
I have had the pleasure to meet them in their office.
Mr. Chett and his team have answers to your questions. They will tell you straight up with options and not give you the run around so you as a customer can decide if what they offer is best for you. I would refer anyone to them. they will be taken care of. no doubt.

Had to file a homeowners claim and am having difficulty with allstate. I figured since Chett is my agent and collects a comission from having me as a client he could help me deal with the insurance company. It's been 2 weeks since I left me first message. Havnt heard a word back. Maybe try working for your customer in there time of need instead of ignoring them.

Received mailer quote which was listed as "estimated". Called and run numbers and magically the quote went 30% up. I have 0 claims and credit of 800+. Agents trying to play you with deductible increases and dwelling adjustments. Shady practices, quite disappointed and surprised Allstate allows this.
