If you're looking for your purchase experience to be PHENOMENAL, Chicago Title EDH is the place for it! The teams here are so knowledgeable and professional, I wouldn't want to trust my escrow anywhere else! With the transparent communication, guidance, and patience they have with the questions they receive, you are more than well than taken care of. Highly recommend office!

I can't believe almost a year later after closing with Debra Bell I am still cleaning up her mess!!!! She never updated our address with the County and now we are being charged an extra fee on our utilities because they think we are renting our home!!! We specifically told her that all of our information should be updated to our new home, and she didn't do it. Now I am spending hours out of my day cleaning up her mess!!!! Which proves she is not on her game when it comes to taking care of the clients. I strongly suggest you DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE as they prove they can't be trusted with their work!

As of Feb 3, 2023. Chicago has still NOT Transferred Title on a New Mobile Home unit we paid cash for in late 2018, which is the primary purpose for this company. We uncovered from the state a Jan 24th, 2019 letter to the Chicago Title office, that Chicago shorted the Calif. Agency fees, and therefore, were informed from H.C.C. in writing to redo the application. Chicago Title was also informed they needed repay the correct fees (neither was done, despite complaints from myself). Finally, after pleading with the home dealer and Chicago title, 3 years later in October 2022, Chicago resent New Transfer Docs to the State Agency (HCD). An easy transfer like this should take less than 60 days; but still there has been No update & Still ll no decal or registration in my hand. In summary, we do not have Title after 4 years & 3 months since we paid all cash in Escrow for the home; and 4 months since we were told the new docs were handled. Because of the failings of these 2 companies (Chicago title & the New Home Dealer who hired Chicago, but who quit Chicago title soon after our "closing"). Our mobile home park still cannot rent out the unit (state law require decal & registration to rent or sell to residents. But we are required to pay property tax for the unit on our land.
