Ben completely ghosted me in the middle of my policy when I needed a COI in a timely manner. Tried to reach him no fewer than 10 times. It got to the point where I couldn't even cancel my policy because Liberty Mutual needed the agent (Ben) to do it, but he was MIA. The experience was kind of surreal; hope no one else ever has to deal with that.

I priced other agents for home owners insurance quotes. The competition came in about $900 more than anticipated. Josh's quotes were more than fair. Another agent took about 3 days to respond to my quote. Josh provided quotes within an hour. Besides an email with a detailed PDF breakdown of quotes, he also called me and explained the benefits in detail. He gave examples of scenarios that I wasn't aware of, being a first time home buyer. The downside to my experience was that I wasted time with the two other agents. Wish I had saved time and called Josh first.
