Outstanding experience!!! Best customer service, always available to help. My business bookkeeping is in very good hand and I am not worried about it anymore. ***UPDATE***
I did receive my documentation after another call and they did my taxes last year and I plan to use them this year too.

After H&R Block did not do my taxes correctly in 2017 I was looking for a new accountant this past tax season and I gave this firm a try. The process of getting my taxes done was fine. Met with Mr. Taha Seid and we went over all of my info. He was very knowledgeable and we reviewed where H&R went wrong in 2017. After a couple weeks I received a draft return to review, signed, and my returns were filed electronically. I even received my refund from both Federal and State. Everything is great so far.

But now it’s going on 3 months post return being filed and have not received a copy of my returns, or any of the support documents that I had brought in to have my return completed. I’m looking to buy a house so I NEED these documents. Repeated calls have yielded nothing more than a text message response that these documents were mailed on May 25th. But I have not received them. The voice mail has no greeting identifying the business, the website is shoddy and the contact form doesn’t work. Except for my return being filed, it’s starting to feel like I was scammed. At best the post interaction with this firm has been unprofessional and at worst I am in the process of being scammed. Recommend using caution with this firm. Hopefully my experience is not typical.
