And more specifically, if you should ever be so lucky to speak with Customer Service Manager Rakshna Prasad, I swear you will leave that Conversation feeling like you won the lottery!! From Chris Chang, Paul Bautista, Rakshna Prasad and the rest of this State Farm team at this location, all together they exceed excellence. As many of you, I have been a car insurance recipient for many many years and have had some really hard challenging experiences with previous insurance companies But this small location for sure makes all the difference. I’ve always had the pleasure of speaking with a live person, never a machine and if that specific person wasn’t available ,I always received a call back within 24 hours. This team expresses professionalism, Efficiency, reliability, paired with lively, cheerful, and high spirited personalities. I Definitely give this location 10 out of 10. I must circle back to customer service manager Rakshna Prasad, or as I like to refer to her as a fountain of knowledge. She always ask's the right questions, not only to get to know you better, to gain knowledge of your family situation, She’s trying to figure out what policy works best for you specifically and during these conversations with her I always left feeling like I’ve learned so much and that I was able to make an informed decision that was going to directly affect the future of me and my family, Not to mention that each of these conversations were always more than 10 minutes long, never not once did I feel like I was wasting her time or that my questions were silly, in fact, She has assured me Time after time, that no matter what the question is I can always rely on her to help. She is truly an incredible asset to this team I’m thankful to her for all of her help over these years She makes State Farm worth having.
