When I purchased my home, I immediately started renovating the inside! When Chris drove by he reported to my mortgage company that the property was vacant - there were no cars (I was at work!) and that he looked through windows and it appeared no one was living there. I found this out through my mortgage company who sent me a letter informing me they were charging me for insurance through them since American Family was dropping me. Then it was extremely hard to get ahold of Chris to ask why he didn’t even reach out to me? I had my car insurance through him for a few years by that time. So after that incident I dropped them and switched to State Farm, who have been great!

I have been with them for roughly 5 years now. I have never had issues. Always polite & helpful. Great rates as well. Also, I pay online which seems to work best for my schedule, but I have paid in house and it was simple.
