We really like this movie theater. I've never seen it over crowded. Getting tickets and concessions is a fast process. The theater is always clean. The staff are all very friendly.

* I reached out to the theater and they confirmed they are fixing the issues with audio.

Audio quality has been very bad recently, specifically during dialogue scenes. When characters on screen are talking, its almost impossible to hear what theyre saying. They sound distorted like theyre talking through a tube, like the speakers are blown. We've noticed this in Auditorium #4 and #6.

Very clean and sanitized. Staff was very helpful. Buying the tickets online instead of in person was a little bit of a hassle. However you use a QR code to check in. Very good idea. However it's very bad if you need to go out to your car for any reason. They have new seats with a flip up cup holder. so you and your significant other can sit with each other closer. Seats are a little bit uncomfortable but manageable. Only if you're not watching a 4-Hour movie. Overall experience was pretty good.

It's not bad. Small. Doesn't have reclining oversize chairs, and the prices do not justify that. They're making a killing as the only movie theater in town.

My go-to theater for the area. There aren't many to choose from. (Unless you have time to drive I suppose)
The seats are comfortable enough. Leather (or pleather) chairs. The armrests raise up. Good for couples or us 'food lovers, lol'. Speaking of, the popcorn is pretty delicious in my personal opinion.
The sound quality is great. Clean building itself for the most part. Restroom could have used a little bit more attention. Maybe we just caught it at a bad time?
You are able to choose your own seats too. When you get your tickets, you're also able to scan your own ticket before walking into the said theater number. Touch-less scan?
All-In-All: Of course I will be back soon.

The theater is nice and clean.. comfortable seats, but the prices are ridiculously expensive.. 50+ dollars for 2 adults and 1 child, a popcorn and 3 drinks just seems excessive.

My grandson and I watched the new 'captain america' yesterday. Ontario location is very clean with nice employees.
And the great sound system makes the movies so much more enjoyable. Thank you.

This movie theater is so good! We saw Tron Ares, (unfortunately) and ordered food two months ahead of time. We got there fifteen minutes before the movie started. Our food and drinks were waiting fir us, and our tickets were ready as well. Just a great overall experience. Thanks! CG

Couldn't get a white bag with handles for my large popcorn because they are inventoried for deliveries only. So I am trying to go up steps with a large drink and a large popcorn trying to use the handrail to pull myself up the steps with a bad knee. Wooster and Tinseltown have no issues giving me a bag with my online ordered popcorn. Think I will keep going to Wooster and Canton.
