Have banked with city national for almost 7-8 years since I was in high school. I went in for a loan of 10k and they offered me 17% interest. the loan officer failed to tell me they wouldn't approve me for only working at my new job for 5 months when they want 2 years work experience. As a loan officer you should know I wouldn't get approved because I told her it was for 5 months. instead she ran my credit and I got denied. Which is ridiculous because my credit is at 730 and I bank with them so they would know all my deposits for work history. decided to go to apple credit union and got approved for my loan at 12% interest rate. city national sucks and so does the loan officer. you guys lost a client and apple credit union gained one. thank you for nothing! This was brittni athey that helped me too. Very disappointed in my first experience asking for a loan. I ended up getting an even better offer so I'm glad. goobye city national.

I went to the drive up ATM with my B of A debit card because I needed 40 dollars cash. Machine said 3.00 fee and I agreed. This bank gave me $40 and then took out $43 and then another $2.50 from my account. Won’t be using them again.

Worst bank ever I thought bbt bank was bad but bbt is 10 times better than this bank they steal honest people’s money for other people’s account I wouldn’t open a account her for my dog if he had money people at the Winchester office are rude and customer service is terrible if I could i wouldn’t even gave it a star
