Jeanne helped my wife and I get home insurance that worked best for us on our new home, as well as car insurance. Jeanne made sure to provide us with options that were a great balance between quality and budget.

I had the pleasure of having Clarke and Frost for the many years I lived in MA. They are professional and results oriented.

I was in an accident that resulted in a total loss for my car. Commerce was taking FOREVER to pay the loss amount. After almost 2 months with Commerce and getting people who seemed to not care at all, I called Clarke and Frost. That same day, I received a call back, and amount for the loss was deposited to my bank account. I received an apology from Commerce because the agent I had been waiting on for 2 months was not doing her job right, and she didn't forward something she was supposed to to her manager. Needless to say, I should have called Clarke and Frost sooner. They get things done. I just wish they were in CT!

My husband and I have used Clarke and Frost Insurance for many, many years with great results. (I should have written them a 5 star review years ago.) Charlie Frost was a wonderful man, who was friendly, funny, and professional. Unfortunately we were very saddened to learn that he succumbed to cancer. Jean is the new owner of the company and she, along with Shannon have been very efficient, pleasant and professional.

Recently, my windshield was hit while driving across the country, still insured with C& F. This has been a protracted process--on Friday it will be 7 weeks, and I still do not have my windshield fixed; this is an out-of-state situation, so C& F it is not completely able to control my local glass company.

I was told by the local company set to fix my windshield that it had not been approved by my insurance, so I had to call them. Mike was rude, inattentive, reading a litany of emails that had no relevance to the situation, because the company fixing my windshield could NOT have come to my house to repair it because they did not even have the glass! When I asked him to look at these facts, he was unrelenting. He would not listen to me at all. The conversation escalated to a two-sided yelling match. He stated, "I will not allow anyone to talk to me like that." Well, Mike, when you don't listen to a person and go over and over things that are irrelevant, that's what happens. He has a major attitude and again, thinks of himself an entitled employee who puts himself and his attitudes before the customer's. What if myself or someone else had had a serious accident? Perhaps a death or major injury could be involved. Would you want to talk to Mike? No! If Mike was not working at Clarke and Frost, I would give this company a 5 star rating, but I cannot, because Mike is an employee there and does not do justice to the legacy of Charlie Frost and further, misrepresents the professionalism of Jean, the boss. Sorry, Jean. As long as you deal with Jean or Shannon, you will be O.K. Thank you for listening.

I typically deal hunt for everything and am wary to pay more for a go between, but man am I happy to pay for the services of Clarke and Frost. My whole family uses them and they are just the most responsive, dedicated service I have in my life. I can't recommend them enough, six stars.
