Didn’t know what to think when reaching out to State Farm or on this office but I was told highly of the insurance company State Farm and that I should pursue it & I ended up getting helped from Blanca and she was so friendly and assertive and helped me with everything I needed to get insured! Great Experience! They even speak Spanish/Español. They explained everything and provided examples. I am new to car insurance and they made the process understandable. At the end, I agreed to go with State Farm for my first car. I went when they only had one hour left before closing. They did not rush us out. They stayed later to help us all the way through. Overall, good service.

Very kind, helpful and transparent. Even though I was leaving my previous insurance company due to rising rates, my representative informed me that they too would be raising rates in the near future due to state politics. I was shopping for motorcycle insurance this week and decided to start a quote online which was not during business hours. I was contacted by Heather to go over my inquiry the very next day. Heather is a very friendly, professional and knowledgeable person. She was able to answer all my questions regarding my motorcycle insurance inquiry and even explain more about the current rates and what's expected in the future. She was very patient and carefully went through all the necessary steps to make sure that my motorcycle is insured at the best rate possible. Heather went above and beyond. My motorcycle policy was setup and ready in a timely manner and the rate that I was quoted was very pleasant. Needless to say, I did not hesitate to authorize the quote.
