Since I am under 65, I needed a knowledgeable, patient and genuinely caring consultant to introduce me to Medicare and the many choices I have to supplement it. I tried signing up myself but was unsure of what I was locked into. As it had only been 30 days, I was able to change the plan. John walked me through step-by-step of the process and answered my questions with dignity and logic so I could understand all the choices available. While I was there, he made phone calls on behalf of me when filling out the application for answers I didn't have. I left the office confident that I had chosen the perfect path for me.

Strongly recommend John Creaser at Clearwater Insurance in Lewiston, ID for any Medicare and additional insurance you need. Walk-ins are welcome and I was able to make an appointment for that afternoon when I called for an appointment. Definitely 5 stars. AND, he saved me big money!!!

Asked if insurance would make a difference this late in the year over the shared responsibility fee. He said yes. Then listed off a bunch of prices then I asked how much of a difference over the responsibility fee then he said no. This place is just trying to take your money. They work for themselves not you.
