When we decided to move from our old on prem phone system to a new UCaaS system, digging through all the vendors looked like a nightmare. The team at Cloud 9 couldn't have been more helpful. We were able to discuss what we really wanted and needed in a new system and with that information, they helped us narrow down the possible vendor list. As we progressed through this project, Cloud 9 helped set up the demos and provided valuable insight as we evaluated each offering. They continued to work hard to get the best price and service. They even came out to help us set up and launch the new system. What had been planned as 4-6 month process was cut to 3 months. They are the definition of a trusted advisor.

I have worked with Chuck for five years in my capacity as the Executive Director of the Association for Information Science and Technology. During that time Chuck has advised and supported us in the acquisition of a new phone system and new IT Vendor. In both cases, Chuck went above and beyond to identify the best product/service for our needs, recognizing our budget constraints and offering creative solutions in order for us to achieve our goals. What has impressed me most, however, is the ongoing support that he continues to provide to us even after our purchase decisions were made. At a time when our entire IT infrastructure crashed, Chuck spent endless hours on the phone with our IT vendor and staff working through the problems and finding a solution that enabled us to get back up and running.
