I opened an account with Coin IRA a few years ago and have been very pleased with the experience from the start. I like the platform interface and I find it very user friendly. Funding the account and investing in assets is fairly straightforward, although in my experience this is not the best platform for active traders. The customer service has been exceptional and I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes to connect with someone who can help me. I recently had to address a transaction error on my part and the agent helping me right away explained the options, followed up with a detailed email outlining next steps and then resolved the issue directly with the custodian (EquityTrust) on my behalf. The team at CoinIRA have been awesome. I was attempting to Rollover an existing traditional IRA to a Crypto IRA. Initially I started the process with another reputable company, but became increasingly frustrated with the process as their "Customer Service" was non-existent.
